Processing and Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days.

All purchases ship from our Atascadero Studio with USPS Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please include any notes during checkout if applicable (ex. entire order or certain items are a gift, wish to include a card with a message, etc.)

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.  Heart’s Desire Soaps is not responsible for any delays due to the shipping carrier or weather conditions.

International shipping times typically take between 12-24 days.   Shipping times are not guaranteed as they may experience unexpected delays during the shipping process.

Tracking information is sent via USPS.com once the order is fulfilled.  Please be sure to check your bulk folder as the notification may be marked as spam.

Orders shipped to multiple locations require separate transactions and are subject to standard shipping cost and policies.

Domestic USA shipping rate is $7.95 for orders less than $55.00 (before sales tax is added). Orders greater than $54.99 receive free shipping in the domestic USA.

International ship via USPS, shipping rates are based upon location and calculated during check out.  Additional custom fees or taxes may apply during the shipping process. Please contact your local delivery service for further details.

An 8% sales tax is applied to orders shipped within California. Sales tax is not applicable to states outside of California. 

Cancellation And Changes

To cancel or modify your order please contact us as soon as possible.  Please refer to our Customer Care for contact options. We kindly request for you to have your order number on hand to ensure the correct order is adjusted.

Processed orders that have not shipped and wish to cancel will receive a refund paid to the credit card used at the time of purchase.  Cancellation requests received after an order has been shipped are subject to return shipping & handling fees.

Order modification requests if received prior to shipping will be updated accordingly.  Payment will be processed through the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  If you used an item that you did not like for any reason please contact us to review the situation and determine the best solution for you.  We’re here to help!

Returns processed in person at our Atascadero Studio or Pismo store are exempt from any return shipping fees.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Please include a copy of the packing slip circled with items you are returning.
